DESCRIPTION:The neighborhood of Roxbury saw only a 63% return rate\n(in comparison to 78% from other Boston neighborhoods) during the 2010 Census.\n\nWe want to ensure our community is counted fairly and represented as we understand the impact this will have on various social service programs moving forward.
